Education + Scholarship Fund

The Hawaii Building Industry Foundation supports BIA Hawaii’s Pre-Apprenticeship Construction Training program which builds awareness and understanding of the different trade opportunities and the skills needed to pursue a career in the industry while offering a competitive advantage for entry-level positions in the workforce and apprenticeship programs all while strengthening Hawaii’s construction workforce.

The training program:

1.    Offers a comprehensive vocation training program that provides participants with an overview of construction industry trades
2.    Gives participants opportunities to earn nationally recognized certificates
3.    Assists participants with career readiness training

Your donation will support tomorrow’s workforce with scholarships and training.

With your help, we can invest in our youth and ensure a sustainable workforce is in place for years to come.
